Shipments

We aim to ship all orders within 2-5 business days. We will do our very best to deliver your order to you within the timeframes below

Europe:
Standard delivery 2-5 working days
Express delivery 1-4 business days

World:
Standard delivery 5-10 working days
Express delivery 1-6 business days

Is possible! A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Please note that delivery time may be affected by customs clearance delays.

To ensure your order arrives safely to you, we require a signature upon arrival. If you are not at home, the delivery person will leave a note in the letterbox with a pick-up address from the Post Office. Please make sure to collect your package within 10 days to avoid returning the order to MukaCariza and to avoid additional CO2! Please note that any additional costs due to refusal of delivery or multiple failed delivery attempts will be your responsibility.
Entering your phone number and email address at checkout will allow us to contact you in case there are any changes to your delivery.

If you entered a wrong address during checkout, please email info@mukacariza.com quoting the order number and correct delivery address.

Depending on the value of your purchase and where you live, you may be asked to pay customs fees or taxes when your goods arrive. Unfortunately, these charges are beyond our control and it is not our responsibility to pay them.
